Frequently Asked Questions
Plan your wilderness journey with ease.
Amenities & Connectivity
In a world that is always "on," we invite you to experience the luxury of truly switching off. We intentionally provide limited connectivity in our suites to help you trade digital noise for the serene symphony of the forest. High-speed Wi-Fi remains available in our common areas should you need to stay in touch, but we encourage you to immerse yourself in the stillness.
Amenities & Connectivity
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We know that the rhythm of travel does not always follow a clock; we always strive to accommodate early arrivals or late departures wherever our occupancy levels allow, ensuring your time with us feels unhurried.
Booking & Logistics
Sariska is a theater of nature that changes its character with the seasons. While the cooler months (October to March) offer pleasant, sun-drenched days for endless exploration, the peak of summer (April to June) reveals the true magic of the desert forest, as wildlife gathers around the life-giving water holes. No matter the season, the forest has a story to tell.
As a guest of the reserve, we operate under the guidance of the Rajasthan Forest Department. Permits are issued directly by their office and are not included in your room rate. Once your stay is confirmed, our concierge team will personally oversee the procurement of your permits, ensuring you have priority access to the best trails.
To ensure seamless entry into the protected heart of Sariska, we require official identification. For our Indian guests, a government-issued photo ID is essential. For our international travelers, please provide your original Passport with a valid visa. Sharing these details 48 hours prior to arrival allows us to secure your passage without a moment’s delay.
Lodge Experience
Our kitchen is a true extension of the forest. We partner with local farmers to bring the seasonal bounty of the Aravalli hills directly to your table. Dining here is a thoughtful celebration of Rajasthan’s heritage—curated by our chefs to reflect the rhythm of the wild—blending authentic regional spices with refined, global culinary techniques.
We cherish families who share a sense of wonder. Our suites are designed as private sanctuaries of comfort, and we offer a variety of nature-focused activities for all ages. As our lodge is situated within an unfenced, natural wilderness, we ask that parents remain close to their little ones to ensure the forest remains a safe and serene experience for everyone.
We want your journey to be as effortless as your stay. We provide private, air-conditioned transfers from Delhi, Jaipur, and Alwar Railway Station. Please coordinate with our guest relations team post-booking to arrange a comfortable arrival that lets you transition from the world of business into the stillness of Sariska.
Safari & Wilderness
To truly become part of the landscape, we suggest wearing muted, earthy tones—khaki, olive, or beige—that allow you to blend into the forest tapestry. Pack layers for crisp, cool mornings, and don't forget your hat, sunglasses, and high-quality camera. We provide professional-grade binoculars, but you are always welcome to bring your own for a personal connection to the wild.
You are a guest in the home of the wild. While our grounds are carefully curated, the lodge resides within a protected wilderness buffer. To respect the sanctity of the habitat and ensure your absolute safety, we advise that you remain on designated pathways and always be accompanied by a lodge guide when exploring beyond the lodge’s immediate perimeter.
Safety & Conservation
We view ourselves as stewards of Sariska, not just operators. We are deeply committed to low-impact, sustainable tourism—actively participating in water conservation, championing local community employment, and supporting the forest department’s ongoing initiatives to protect the delicate ecosystem that sustains our majestic tiger population.
A wildlife encounter is a rare and profound privilege. Should you happen upon one of our residents, we ask that you remain silent, maintain a respectful distance, and refrain from flash photography. Please notify our staff immediately so we can help you observe this moment with the reverence and safety it deserves.
