By browsing this Website or submitting any enquiry or booking request through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website and contact us directly by phone or email instead.

This Website is an informational and enquiry platform for Sariska Safari Lodge, a boutique eco-resort adjoining the Sariska Tiger Reserve, Rajasthan, together with our Central Reservations office in New Delhi. It is not an automated booking engine: there is no online payment gateway, and no reservation is instantly confirmed by submitting a form.

When you submit a Contact, Room Enquiry, or Jungle Safari Booking Request form, you are sending us a request for information and availability — not a confirmed reservation. A member of our reservations team will follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm availability, agree on rates, and finalise the details of your stay or safari. A booking is only confirmed once you receive explicit written confirmation from our reservations team, whether by email or WhatsApp message.

Any rates, package prices, or availability information shown on this Website are indicative and provided for general guidance only. They may change without notice due to season, occupancy, currency fluctuation, or Forest Department safari fee revisions, and are not binding until confirmed in writing by our reservations team at the time of booking.

This Website does not collect payments online. Once your booking is confirmed, our reservations team will separately advise you on accepted payment methods, which may include bank transfer, UPI, or payment at check-in. We will never ask you to submit card numbers, CVV, PINs, or online banking passwords through our website forms, email, or WhatsApp, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions for your specific booking will be communicated to you in writing at the time your reservation is confirmed, and will depend on factors such as season, room category, and any safari permits already booked on your behalf. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable policy, or contact our reservations team for clarification before confirming your stay.

Where a safari permit has already been booked with the Rajasthan Forest Department on your behalf, cancellation or amendment may be subject to Forest Department rules and fees that are outside our control, in addition to any Lodge policy.

Jungle safaris are conducted within the Sariska Tiger Reserve under the authority of the Rajasthan Forest Department, which controls zone allocation, vehicle quotas, permits, entry fees, and closure days. To arrange a safari for you, we submit the identification and nationality details you provide to the Forest Department's permit process, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Safari zone, vehicle, and timing allocations are subject to Forest Department availability and decisions, and cannot be guaranteed by the Lodge.
• Safaris may be cancelled, rescheduled, or restricted at short notice due to Forest Department closures, weather, wildlife sightings and safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Accurate and complete identification details must be provided in good time, as incomplete or incorrect details may result in a permit being refused by the Forest Department.
• Sighting of wildlife, including tigers, is never guaranteed on any safari.

Guests must comply with all instructions given by Lodge staff, naturalists, and Forest Department guides, particularly during jungle safaris and nature walks, for their own safety and the protection of wildlife and habitat. The Lodge reserves the right to refuse service, decline a booking, or ask a guest to leave the property in cases of unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.

Standard check-in and check-out times, identification requirements for hotel registration, and any property-specific house rules will be communicated as part of your booking confirmation and on arrival. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in, in line with standard hospitality practice in India.

All text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content on this Website are the property of Sariska Safari Lodge or its licensors, including its website development partner HRH Creatives, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, republish, or exploit our content commercially without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sariska Safari Lodge harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide (including for safari permit applications), or from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rajasthan, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, Forest Department requirements, or applicable law.
